Our Process for Autocad

At RemoteDrafters, we ensure precision and client satisfaction from start to finish. Here's how our Autocad Process work:

  • Step 1: Review and Reference Gathering

For each new project, we begin by reviewing the client's needs and gathering all necessary references. This includes any previous work that can inform our drafting style to align with your preferences.

  • Step 2: Estimate Provision

Upon receiving all the required documents, we'll provide a rough estimate based on our hourly rate and the total number of hours projected for completion.

  • Step 3: Estimate Approval and Scheduling

Once you approve our estimate, let us know your target submission date, and we'll schedule your project accordingly.

  • Step 4: Invoice Issuance and Prepayment

We send an invoice for a prepayment of 25% of the total estimated amount. This step secures your spot in our drafting queue and allocates the necessary resources for your project.

  • Step 5: Drafting Begins

After payment, we assign drafters to your project and introduce you to your Point of Contact (POC), who will be available for all your queries and updates.

  • Step 6: Communication Channel Establishment

You'll provide your project POC details to maintain open lines of communication and to assist with any questions.

  • Step 7: Measurement Confirmation

You're responsible for checking measurements on existing plans. Once we receive these from you, we'll begin drafting the floor plan.

  • Step 8: Drafting the Floor Plan

Our drafting team will draw up the floor plan based on your provided measurements and preliminary hand-drawn sketches.

  • Step 9: Client Inputs

We send the draft drawings back to you for input on design elements, furniture placement, and other details.

  • Step 10: Finalization

Our team finalizes the drawings, adds aesthetic touches, and prepares a complete drawing package for your project.

  • Step 11: Project Completion and Billing

We'll send a final invoice, which can be settled either weekly or after the project's completion, depending on the agreement
