We tailor our job postings to match the specific criteria provided by our clients, ensuring that each position is precisely aligned with a set of skills and standards that meet their exact needs.

2

After receiving applications, each candidate undergoes a thorough screening process. During this stage, we meticulously evaluate their resumes, focusing on identifying their strengths and weaknesses to determine their suitability for the job.

3

Initially, we assess the applicants’ professional experiences, focusing specifically on whether they have direct involvement in tasks critical for the projects. Subsequently, we examine their educational background to gauge their knowledge and expertise in these necessary areas.

4

Once the candidate evaluation is complete, we compile a shortlist. This list will detail each candidate’s qualifications and skill sets, streamlining the selection process and ensuring efficiency in advancing the most suitable applicants to the next round.

On-Board

Onboarding involves the steps taken to integrate new hires into the company, encompassing activities from initial orientation to in-depth understanding of the company’s structure, culture, vision, mission, and values. This process ensures new employees are well-acquainted and aligned with the organizational ethos and goals.
