3D representation of a space wherein the design elements are modelled in masses without materials applied. These images are sent to the client for marking-up purposes only.
Typically used for projects that are still in conceptual stage.
A completed 3D model of the space that is supplied to the client for approval prior to rendering.
At this stage, make sure that proper scale of fixture and furniture are checked, finishes are correct, client specifications are met and the model is ready for rendering.
The final stage of the visualization process. This is where material texturing, lighting, and post processing takes place.
Visuals that are supplied to the client must be rendered in high-definition.
